Please, carefully read the refund policy before you start KIP Type 2 Psychology Treatment.

When you apply and make payment for KIP Type 2 Psychology Treatment, it is regarded as you having read and agreed upon the refund policy.

1. Cancellation before the textbook is sent out to the member after applying for the treatment. 

     - Wire transfer : Full refund

      - In case the report of VAT has already been filed for taxation, the amount excluding VAT is refunded. 

2. Cancellation after the textbook is sent out to the member after applying for the treatment. 

   - No refund

 Wire transfer :  

   1) Request for refund by sending us an e-mail.

       - Include information on the account under your name to be used for getting the refund. 

       - Only the person who made the payment may request for refund. 

    2) A guide e-mail is sent to inform you of the exact amount for refund.  

    3) Refunded amount is deposited into your account

       - Refund will be proceeded within 1 week after receiving the request e-mail.
