By definition, it can happen again in your life since it develops upon some traumatic experience inflicted by external force. However, when you train yourself with KIP treatment program, you can build the prevention ability against the recurrence of post traumatic stress.

Men do not have psychological wounds stored in memory since only moods operate in men. On the other hand, women have psychological wounds stored in their memory since both moods and feelings operate in women. Men need only psychological treatment to normalize the operation of psychological operation in perception, memory, and expression. Women need wound treatment first to change the negative feelings stored in memory to the void of feelings. Then, they need to take psychology treatment to normalize the operation of psychology.

Q. I am doing fine with therapeutic tasks and other treatment process. I don't pay any attention to my husband as guided. I have noticed that I keep thinking about taking up educational courses for myself. Does it indicate that I want to change my habit of depending on my husband?


A. As you proceed with the treatment program, you transfer from other-centered life to self-centered life as your psychology is stabilized. Then, you become to want to pursue your own values of life with your own abilities. 


However, you are still in the process of treatment. The first phase of treatment for remission of symptoms and psychological stabilization takes only 3 to 6 months, but complete recovery and cure takes 1 to 3 years. You will experience ups and downs of emotions in the process. It is recommended that you wait until complete cure before you take up educational courses for yourself. 


If you already have career or work, you can continue doing it without expanding or taking up new ones since starting fresh with the pursuit of values of life in the middle of treatment process may lead to developing further psychological problems. 


As you take up some new hobbies or work during treatment, the level of focus on treatment naturally decreases. You may get immersed into new hobbies or work, and begin to neglect treatment little by little. Then, you may aggravate your psychological condition by not being able to do either one successfully. You must also take precautions against developing dependency on people or activities.


For now, it is recommended that you solely focus on treatment of your psychology. You can and will take up new career, education, or hobbies with much higher success rate after you fully restore healthy psychology.

Q. I can't do well with the work-out task, so I try harder to do it than other tasks. Also, I have been feeling quite comfortable as the treatment has progressed, which has led me to gain some weight. I tend to use the work-out task to lose weight. Will it affect my treatment process adversely?


A. Balance is important in doing therapeutic tasks. Balance will be lost if you focus on only one task neglecting other tasks. Please, make sure you allocate similar time and effort among all the therapeutic tasks.


If you find doing the work-out task difficult, you can designate a specific time of the day just for the work-out task and try to do it. Please, keep in mind that you do the work-out task not to become fit but to treat your psychology. The same applies to all the other therapeutic tasks. 


As you proceed with therapeutic tasks, you will go through ups and downs of emotions from discomfort to comfort to stuffiness to comfort again. You can increase the time and effort when you feel depressed a lot and then you can come back to the regular pattern for all the tasks maintaining balance. Even when you feel quite comfortable, you must keep focusing on all the therapeutic tasks to make yourself a little uncomfortable and keep balance. 


Also, you must be continuously conscious of the fact that you are doing therapeutic tasks for the purpose of treating yourself. You must not get used to doing therapeutic tasks, which will lead to the aggravation of your condition. When you become to feel comfortable during the process of the treatment, you lose the will power to do therapeutic tasks and become to neglect doing them. You may also neglect therapeutic tasks when you get immersed into some other things. 


You will not gain much weight if you use your conscious as much as possible when doing therapeutic tasks since using consciousness leads to a great amount of energy consumption. It is not recommended that you do the work-out task for losing weight or get yourself immersed into the work-out task. Please, do not stay in comfort and keep being conscious of the purpose of doing all the therapeutic tasks.

You don't have to self-check for progress if you are really trying hard to do therapeutic tasks. However, when your psychology becomes stabilized to a certain degree, you become to think that you are trying really hard and it can be just your own idea. Moreover, when you make an arbitrary interpretation and think that you are doing well with the progress in treatment, your psychology may actually be being aggravated.


Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you self-check for progress to judge objectively even though you may feel it is bothersome and unnecessary. Please, do not self-judge on your progress and continue with self-check on progress on the home page. 


When you self-check on progress, you can just describe your emotional state in simple sentences. You don't have to write about tasks you can do well and you just need to write about tasks you don't feel comfortable about. You can also include you emotional state such as comfortable, depressed, stuffy, and so on. 


The most important thing is that it will help you become conscious about your condition, which promotes treatment and gather up your will power.

When you have happiness ability, you will have formed as many thought standards as possible into your habits in the unconscious. It takes time and effort to form habits. You must make efforts consciously to form habits, and then one day, you will find that you have naturally formed good habits inside you. 


It takes only 3 to 6 months to treat wounds and psychology but it takes 1 to 3 years to build prevention ability and happiness ability. Habits in the unconscious are formed mostly before you become an adult, so it takes a lot more efforts for an adult to form new habits on top of the already existing habits than for children. 


Happiness ability is built when you form habits of happiness in the unconscious. It takes not talent or aptitude but continuous practice and effort.

Some people choose to take a lower level of treatment due to financial situations or other reasons. However, taking an inappropriate treatment program makes it difficult to treat wounds and psychology and build happiness ability properly, leading to giving up on the treatment all together in many cases. Then, you will only grow your wounds and aggravate your psychological condition and end up living an unhappy life. 


Also, when you decide to take a higher level of treatment program after taking a lower level, you must pay the whole amount of expense again. Therefore, it is recommended that you choose the right treatment level for you when you first take the treatment program.

You can start the treatment training and build happiness ability even when you are in the worst situation.

Please, make sure that you apply for the right treatment type for you.


You may think :

- I am in such an complicate serious situation.

- The situation where my counterparty and I are in is unique and serious. 

- Other people are in better situations, but I myself feel so terrible and suffer from extreme pain. 

- My wounds are so severe that no expert can deal with them. 

- I have taken different counseling sessions, but none of them seemed to solve my problems. 

- My counterparty has had problems since she or he was a child, so I think it will be impossible to solve them.

- I have tried everything, but things got even worse and I gave up long time ago.

- I simply don't understand why I am still staying with with my counterparty. 



Many people think that their situation is the worst. 


You will learn through treatment training that identical mechanism of mind  and psychology is operating in all human beings. You will understand that your situation is not the worst one through treatment training.  

It is not actually important with respect to the treatment training whether you are in the worst situation, you are suffering from severe pain, you are experiencing rage, or your counterparty hurts you badly.

People are accustomed to getting counseling when they have problems in psychology. Also, most information available seems to encourage you to take counseling.  


However, upon analyzing the data on psychology counseling and developing the Theory of Mimind and Xesmind and psychology treatment methods, it has been discovered that psychology counseling cannot solve psychological problems, and it more likely causes adverse effects on psychology by aggravating wounds and psychological disorders.

There are many other problems of conventional psychology counseling in addition to the ones described above, so psychology counseling is strongly recommended against for psychology treatment.

Training videos available oly for members and reference videos for general public are completely different. 


The contents of training videos for members are about the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology. 


When you accurately understand the operational mechanism of all men and all women, you yourself can treat wounds and psychology and build happiness ability regardless of types or levels of  conditions. Therefore, information on your past and present situations or taking counseling sessions are unnecessary for psychology treatment. 


On the other hand, reference videos include interpretations and applications of diverse phenomena related with human mind and psychology.  It includes only a small part of the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology. It mostly shows you how human mind and psychology operate upon stress and wounds.


Reference materials are not for wound treatment and psychology treatment. Becoming dependent on reference materials may lead to aggravating your conditions and producing adverse effects. It is training videos not reference videos that you need for treatment. 



You are recommended to focus on treatment training itself rather than viewing reference videos for the purpose of treating wounds and psychology and building happiness ability.

It is only natural that you may feel uncomfortable about psychology treatment.

The trainee's will and determination are crucial in proceeding with psychology treatment.  

As far as the trainee has a strong will for wound treatment, psychology treatment, and building happiness ability, he or she can achieve the ability to treat himself or herself, and live a happy life.


You don't need your counterparty to participate in the training. You can treat yourself all by yourself. 


- If you think that you are healthy but your counterparty needs treatment.

- If you think that your counterparty is the reason for your unhappiness. 


You may think that your counterparty needs psychology treatment, but he or she is mostly likely to refuse. Or you may not even suggest them taking psycholgy treatment, or they may tell you to go ahead by yourself. 


It is not recommended that you try to persuade your counterparty to take treatment training. 

You can simply tell your counterparty that you yourself will proceed with psychology treatment.

Or you can simply start your own psychology treatment without telling your counterparty.


You will treat wounds, normalize your psychology, and build happiness ability. Your counterparty will see you recover and feel that he or she also may as well choose to take psychology treatment training. Then, you have given them an opportunity to treat themselves by setting an example. 


Trying to persuade your counterparty to take treatment training will aggravate your own wounds and psychology, and make your counterparty build up resistance against psychology treatment. 


Wound treatment and psychology treatment are most effective when you start it with your own will and determination.

Taking treatment training by being pushed or forced by others will only bring about adverse effects. 


Do not hesitate to start treatment training by yourself. 

You will live a happy life after treating your wounds and psychology and give your counterparty an opportunity to start treatment training.

Psychological disorders develop when psychological problems continue for some prolonged time and the fixation of errors occur in the operation of psychology. It is rather an abnormal functioning of psychology than mental illness. 


When you accurately understand about values and meanings of life and learn how to control your own psychology, you can make use of psychological disorders as a source of generating happiness. 


In cases where psychological disorders are activated to promote happiness of yourself and people around you, you don't have to treat your psychological disorders to normalize your psychology.
